Awards:Best in Show ($100), Grace Klinges Carling Award for Drawing ($50), George Christian Award ($50) First ($50) and Second ($25) place awards will be Media (includes pen/ink, colored pencil-layered, collage and printmaking), Framed Ceramic, Pastel and Sculpture categories. No Photographs, please! Number of Entries Allowed: Three

Fee: $7.00 for one initial entry

$4.00 for each additional entry

Takedown Date: The show will conclude on Saturday, April 5. Artists should pick up their artwork from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on that date. The League will not be responsible for any works not picked up at the allotted times. It has been agreed upon by all parties that a 20% commission will be rendered on all sales.

Your entries must be:

1. Properly wired and framed for handling and hanging. Anything other than properly wired and framed will not be accepted.

2. Properly labeled with name, address, title and price. Not for Sale is allowed. No additional labels or signs will be allowed.

3. Under 36” for hanging work, including frame. Under 200 lbs. and 6' limit for sculpture.

4. All work exhibited must be original and sole work of the artist and cannot have been exhibited at any previous DAL Show .

5. While every care will be taken to ensure the safety of the submitted works of art, the Doylestown Art League and the exhibition venues will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to the artwork.

6. It is the artists responsibility to check the printed program for accuracy.

7. Prizes will be awarded only if there is a sufficient number of entries in a category.

8. Membership dues must be paid; dues may be paid the day of delivery

9.Show Patrons are encouraged, appreciated and usually necessary to meet costs. For those wishing to participate, submit your gift the day of delivery or send prior to March 24, to D.A.L. c/o Bernard Vieille, 1524 Turk Rd., Warrington, PA 18976. If entries do not fit the above rules, they will not be accepted. Please fill out both halves of the duplicate forms in this newsletter and fasten to the back of your art work. Fasten only the top edge, leaving the rest hanging
