DAL Show Entry Form 

Entry Requirements

1. Your membership must be current; membership dues may be paid online.

2. The Entry Fee is $25.00. Only online payment accepted.

3. You may enter only ONE painting.

4. The maximum frame size, outside dimension, is 32″ on the longest side.

5. We will not be accepting sculpture or 3D artwork.

6. All work exhibited must be original, the sole work of the artist and cannot have been shown at any previous Doylestown Art League Show.

7. All Artwork must be properly finished, wired and ready to hang. No sawtooth hangers please.

8. Artwork must be labeled with your name and address, email and phone number. We will provide a Show Label.

9. Works can be NFS (Not for Sale).

10. There will be cash awards for Oils and Acrylics, Watercolor, and for Drawing, Pastels and Mixed Media.

11. Prizes will be awarded only if there is a sufficient number of entries in a category.

12. Images of submitted work may be used for publicity purposes.

13. There will be a 20% commission on all sales.

14. While every care will be taken to ensure the security and safety of the submitted works of art, the Doylestown Art League and the exhibition venue will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to artwork. It is recommended that artists provide their own insurance coverage for their artwork for the duration of the show.

15. By entering a painting into the show you are agreeing with the terms and conditions of the show. If entries do not meet the above criteria or entrants do not agree to the above terms, the entry will not be accepted.

16. Please Note: Show Programs and Labels are generated automatically from your submission information, please ensure that your name, title, media and price etc. are correct.
